At Sapphire Loc & Twist Studio, we are committed to delivering the best possible service tailored to each individual. However, results may vary from person to person due to differences in hair type, density, texture, lifestyle, and aftercare. While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes for everyone.
By booking and receiving services, you acknowledge that all hairstyling and haircare services are provided at your request. The service provider and its stylists are not responsible for dissatisfaction, perceived damages, or outcomes outside of what was discussed and agreed upon prior to service.
Each Stylist here at Sapphire Loc & Twist Studio is an independent contractor offering their expertise to you and you are receiving these services at will. By proceeding with an appointment, you waive the right to pursue legal action against the service provider or its affiliates in connection with services rendered.
All services, payments, and sales are final once completed. Please note that photos and videos will be captured as proof of service. Images may also be shared on our social media platforms for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise before your appointment.
PAYMENT
The Salon is CASHLESS. Services will be completed with the card on file. A non-refundable $45 deposit will be charged to the card on file at the time the service appointment is booked. The option to tip will be available to the Stylist via the tipping app.
ONLY the Client receiving services may be present in the Salon during service. Please remain in your vehicle until you receive a,"Ready To Start" text. Due to continued COVID precautions, masks are OPTIONAL in the Salon. If a Client is ill, at any stage. Please reschedule. If a Client is exhibiting any signs of illness while at the Salon the client will be asked to reschedule.
LATE/TARDY
Clients will incur a $20 late charge if they arrive 16 minutes after their scheduled booking time. NO EXCEPTIONS. If the Client is 30 minutes late, the Stylist reserves the right to request the client reschedule on the booking site.
CANCEL/RESCHEDULE
Please reschedule within 24 hours of your scheduled booking to adjust your appointment or cancel. ALL rescheduling must be completed through the SLT booking site.
NO CALL/NO SHOW
EVERY No Call/No Show will incur a $35 fee. Fee must be paid prior to any future appointments. The Assigned Stylist reserves the right to suspend any future bookings for subsequent/multiple No Call//No Shows for a Client.
Scheduling Appointments: Clients are encouraged to schedule their appointment prior to leaving their appointment.
Hair Maintenance - Clients agree that Sisterlocks/Microlocks require regular maintenance and it is not recommended to go beyond 6 weeks to receive services. In the event the recommended time is exceeded the Stylist reserves the right to complete as much as possible within the allocated timeslot AND charge additional fees for an "extended" retightening session (client has exceeded recommended maintenance increment).
LOC ESTABLISHMENT
ALL Hair Locking Establishment appointments require a 50% deposit of the quoted price to secure a booking.
The quoted price is only VALID for 30 days. If a locking appointment is not scheduled within that timeframe another Consultation is required.
REFUNDS:
Booking Deposits ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Completed services ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Consultations ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Establishment deposit refund requests must be received no more than 12 hours after the funds were received in order to receive a refund (minus $50 administrative fee). Otherwise a Salon credit will be issued (must be used within 60 days).
